Du Vinh Temple, also known as Ba Muoi Temple, belonged to Nho Quan village, Du Vinh commune in the past, then belonged to Hamlet 4 - Thang Phu village - Quang Vinh commune, now belongs to Phu Khang residential group - Quang Vinh ward - Sam Son city. The name of Quang Vinh commune dates back to 1954. Du Vinh Temple was ranked as a provincial historical relic by the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province according to Decision No. 318/QD-UBND dated February 4, 2009. During the Tran Dynasty, the current Quang Vinh land belonged to Huong Yen Duyen village, Du Vinh village in the Later Le Dynasty and was called Du Vinh So. At the beginning of the Nguyen Dynasty, it was Du Vinh commune, Giac Thuong commune. During the reign of King Dong Khanh (1858 - 1888), Du Vinh commune was divided into two administrative units: Du Vinh commune (where people used to live before) and Du Vinh office (the land opened in the Later Le Dynasty) belonging to Cung Thuong commune.
